Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below-mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:
1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, flight tickets, travel insurance, and other services not mentioned in the inclusions section of each tour. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as an increase in hotel rates, or transport expenses. But, before you make a booking you should inquire about the price of the tour you are interested in and then you can make a booking based on this final price.
2. Methods of Payment
To make it more clear to our guests all our prices on the website are shown in USD and when you make an online payment, according to the law of AR you will see the final price in AZN. The payment amount will be adjusted according to the bank’s daily USD-AZN exchange rate. Please, note that online payments can be accepted only via credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard.
In case you book a tour or tour package that includes the hotel, you must pay up to a 30% (the exact amount you will be advised by our travel advisors) deposit of the total package price to complete the booking process. After that, we accept your booking and make all arrangements for your trip. The rest of the amount (70%) is made upon arrival to the country in cash in USD.
In case you book a tour or tour package that does not include a hotel, you don’t make a deposit in advance, and 100% amount of the price you pay on arrival in cash in USD. Still, there may be some exceptional tours or busy seasons when it is required up to a 30% deposit of the total price, and in this case, you will be informed about it in advance by our travel advisors.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Please, make sure that you´ve provided the correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
Tours or Tour packages that include hotel to the price may be canceled 72 hours prior to the check-in date & time shown in the tour itinerary prepared for the customer with NO charges applicable. The full amount of the deposit after deduction of the bank commission fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days. In case of Cancellation, less than 72 hours the deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tours or Tour packages that don’t include a hotel in the price may be canceled 48 hours prior to the tour start date & time shown in the itinerary prepared for the customer with NO charges applicable. The full amount of the deposit after deduction of the bank commission fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days. In case of Cancellation, less than 72 hours the deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
4.2 No Show
If you fail to turn up for the tour package or tours (day trips) no refunds in part or full can be provided. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making a cancellation, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour (day trip) or tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Best Baku Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid.
We are not responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, and other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on their availability. At most, we announce changes in the itinerary, if any, before departure.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we are not able to trace your accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of a similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. We are not responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered to by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
8. Travel Insurance
We shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of the accident, illness, injury, loss of personal baggage, or even the cancellation of the trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant to a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

All content on this website, including logo, images, information on tour package, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Us. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
